I connected with Chris Mundel last fall when I was first exploring the possibility of moving from the Seattle area to Spokane. She listened closely to my list of “wants” for a new home and showed me several possibilities the first weekend I spent in Spokane exploring the area. We often communicated long distance and eventually the perfect home appeared. Chris was a savvy negotiator and did all she could to ensure a successful purchase. She walked me through the entire purchase process until it closed.

First, our entire home search was while we were living in Germany and Todd took care of everything he could possibly do and more, from many video walkthroughs of properties and the surrounding neighborhood, to scheduling the home inspector and much more. Todd’s communication was amazing too. He was quick to respond to every text, email and WhatsApp call, even with the 9 hour time difference...I truly felt like we were his top priority even though I know he had other clients. Since we’ve moved to Spokane, we had continued to be great, from helping us pick up a new TV for the house that was too large for our car to delivering Christmas cookies. Again, I can’t express how great Todd has been and I hope anyone who reads this chooses to experience his service and friendship first hand.
